Colorado What To Do›Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026. This page explains what data this site and its partners handle and the choices you have.
The basics
ColoradoWhatToDo.com is published by Search Converts LLC of Denver, Colorado, and edited by Zach Wennstedt. You do not need an account or any personal details to use the guides. If you have a privacy question, reach us through the contact page or at info@eyetoad.com.
What you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type. We use them only to answer you and to improve the guide, we keep them only as long as needed for that, and we never sell or rent them.
Information collected automatically
When any web page loads, the servers involved receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the referring page. Our hosting provider and the third-party services listed below receive this kind of data when they deliver files to your browser.
Ads from Google and its partners
Advertising on this site is delivered by Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors set cookies that let them choose ads using information about your earlier visits here and on other websites. In other words, Google's ad cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads tailored to your browsing on this and other sites.
To switch off ad personalization from Google, visit adssettings.google.com. Many other ad networks honor opt-outs made at aboutads.info. For Google's own explanation, read its page on partner sites. After opting out you will still see advertising, just not ads based on your interests.
Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are browsing from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, a consent banner from Google or another certified platform asks permission before ad-personalization cookies load, and you can reopen it to change your answer whenever you like. You may also ask us for a copy of, a fix to, or removal of any personal data we keep about you.
Rights under US state laws
Several states, Colorado and California among them, give residents legal rights over personal data, including seeing it, correcting it, deleting it and refusing targeted ads. The opt-out links above handle ad personalization; for anything else, send us a request and we will reply within the legal deadline.
Services that load on our pages
- Google AdSense for advertising.
- Google Fonts for typefaces, requested from Google's servers by your browser.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards contact form messages to our inbox.
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. Pages also link to official agencies and operators; their sites have their own policies.
Cookies and your browser
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The guides work without cookies, though ads may be less relevant.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Updates
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
